Architectural Highlights

• Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors maximize natural light

• Steep gabled roofs extend over entry terraces, serving as rain protection in Vancouver’s climate

• Exterior combines standing-seam metal cladding with natural cedar wood finishes

Cultural Touches

• Entryway features wooden latticework displaying Hangzhou-inspired topography sculptures

• Traditional Chinese “screen” motifs reinterpreted in partitions, coffee tables, and dining settings

• Authentic furniture and decor imported from China enhance cultural authenticity
