An Italian Apartment Combining Modern Elements With The Classic Origins

Combining modern design elements with the classic and timeless appeal of the building’s origins, the newly designed apartment by Graf+Bäder offers a unique living experience in the heart of the city.

The recently renovated Casa di zia Resi, located in Merano, Italy, is a stunning apartment situated on the historic Portici Street. Combining modern design elements with the classic and timeless appeal of the building’s origins, the newly designed apartment by Graf+Bäder offers a unique living experience in the heart of the city.

The inner courtyard with its garden adds an extra touch of nature and tranquility to the property. The historic building suffered from an ill-restored renovation in the 1990s; the challenge was to rediscover and enhance its historic origins.
