Due to the global spread of COVID-19, our chances of traveling and exploring the outside world have been taken away in this surreal time. But we would like to invite you to join us to discover those “Spots” hidden in life. So let’s find out those differences between the Masseria Moroseta Hotel And Prefab Farmhouse.
Overlooking the sea and the olive groves, the gorgeous minimal farmhouse ‘Masseria Moroseta’ is located in Ostuni, Italy.
White washed walls build a small gateway – a mix of private spaces and communal areas, arranged to reflect a Pantone-like color pattern.
Designed by Barcelona-based Andrew Trotter Studio, it was inspired by typical ‘masseria; in the region of Puglia, the interiors are modern, featuring little treasures found at local markets and antique fairs.
A reflection on rural simplicity, the hotel revolves around a central courtyard, a communal space to enjoy an Italian, peaceful atmosphere.
Australian Architecture studio Lai Cheong Brown designed this prefabricated farmhouse which was brought, by truck and barge, largely complete, to the remote French Island in Victoria Australia.
The house was prefabricated off site in Wonthaggi by specialist prefabricators Ecoliv.
The home is entirely self sustaining and off grid as the Island is without basic services, made roads or even local government.
